The tools are also very diverse. The use of active listening and powerful questioning help you gain a greater insight. The dialogue and exchange broaden up your scope and open up unexpected ways for new opportunities of action. Other tools like "shadowing" at the work place or knowledge transfer -in areas such as leadership, personality types or intercultural communication- allow a greater understanding to in turn facilitate decision making. The use of NLP methods offers further support to learn to act and react differently.

Our role is one of accompanying you in your path. Our main aim is to help you to find answers to your questions on both a personal and professional level.
Coaching sessions can be arranged at regular intervals over several months. Alternatively, telephone follow up is available. You can also opt for a more intensive approach of one or two days of face to face meetings. This is your choice.
