A team of any description creates its own universe: different tasks, visions, skills, experiences and personalities are thrown in the mix. In an international context there are also different cultures and offices spread around the globe. These teams whose objectives are to achieve the best results are often faced with unexpected challenges which can negatively impact on results. It's our job to help them perform to their full capacity at an international level.
We work primarily with both virtual and multicultural teams. There are numerous ways of tailoring our programs to meet your needs: supporting a new manager, assisting with a project team's kick off, helping resolve existing conflict or quite simply improving performance and efficiency.

The content and the team building methods depend on the team's needs. We offer tailor-made solutions. Generally speaking, the teambuilding takes place away from the usual place of work for two to three days. It's also possible for us to remain on site and to work hand in hand with the team on a regular basis for a team coaching.
