Drissia Schroeder-Hohenwarth is Director of DSH International HR. She works as international consultant, trainer and coach.

She was born and brought up in Paris, spent many years in Germany and now lives in London. She has worked in more than 15 countries.

Prior to launching her own consultancy, she worked for about a decade for Daimler and EADS in a variety of international Human Resources functions as well as in consulting and project management. Her work included recruitment, management development, career coaching, restructuring, HR strategy, company integration, and due diligence.

As a consultant and trainer, she now supports companies in their global business. Her strong professional track record in global blue chip organisations enables her to quickly comprehend the challenges and business requirements her clients face in different sectors and areas of services.

As a coach, she addresses the needs of individuals and teams to enhance their capabilities and performance, as well as their personal satisfaction.

Drissia holds masters degrees in psychology and sociology from Paris, studied business management in Germany and is certified in coaching, team building and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She is member of the International Coaching Federation. English, French and German are her working languages.
