INTERNATIONAL FACILITATION
Facilitation is about enabling and empowering the client to reach better results during special events. The facilitator is not responsible for the content as the client himself knows both more about the topics to be discussed and about the output he/she wants to reach out of the event. Whether for a meeting, a workshop or a congress the facilitation role focuses essentially on managing the process and supporting communication between participants.
The diversity of cultures involved as well as the use of a foreign language very often bias the communication and can strongly affect the result of international events.
