We all live in separate realities, not only the ones outside of us but also the ones we create in our heads. We imagine things and they feel real, the good stories, the bad stories, the good future scenarios, the bad future scenarios.. human beings are creators.. and we all have our own habits of creating stories.. the ones we prefer.. the optimistic ones, the scary ones, the angry ones..
I guess most of us, can do all of them in one day, we all have all tendencies in us, sometimes our mind wanders in one direction, sometimes in the other.. the question is: which ones do we feed? Which ones do we reinforce? I have my anger and panic stories too.. they just come sometimes, I cannot always control when they come, but I prefer the positive future stories with drops of realism.. These are the ones I like to feed.. They may not be more or less accurate than the other ones, because nobody knows anyway, but they definitely feel better! And they help me stay peaceful, creative, constructive and open. Which one do you like to feed?
