DSH International HR
DSH International HR was founded in 2007 by Drissia Schroeder-Hohenwarth to offer a wide range of services aimed at international organisations in order to assist them and their leaders in their people management.
Her services incorporate international experience in both Human Resources and Consultancy.
Drissia Schroeder-Hohenwarth began her career working for a consultancy firm specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development. She then worked within Human Resources at an international level about ten years first at Daimler and then at EADS before returning to consultancy and founding DSH International HR.
Her HR experience includes Recruitment, Expatriates Management, Career Coaching, Executive and Talent Development as well as Management Audit. In addition, she has worked on numerous projects around Restructuring, Post Merger Integration, HR Globalisation Strategy and Due Diligence.
Her experience in consulting stretches over 15 years and includes working with well-known international companies in a variety of areas both in industry and the service sector.
Although originally trained in Clinical Psychology, it is throughout her career in HR and within blue chip companies that she has honed her business skills. As consultant she trained further in various areas such as business management, executive coaching and personal development, as well group and organisational dynamic.
As a result she is equally as comfortable working on an individual, team or organisational level.
Drissia Schroeder-Hohenwarth has lived and worked in France, Germany and South Africa moving to the United Kingdom several years ago. In addition, she has worked on assignments in countries all over the world such as the United States, Japan, China, Singapore, Poland and Spain.
She speaks fluent French, English and German and works with an international network of experienced partners.
